🔍 Originality check
Reads a submission and tells you where its words have been seen before — in work checked here previously, in the document itself, and, if you ask for it, on the web. The document is never stored here and never published. Sending it to Turnitin or Copyleaks is a separate step that says so plainly before it does anything.
The submission
A PDF is read inside your browser and never uploaded. Word and PowerPoint files are read on the server and deleted in the same request.
PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), .txt or .md · up to 25MB
Or paste the text instead
This first pass sends nothing outside the server.
Web check
The only step that reaches outside. It searches for short phrases from the submission and compares whatever it finds.
Send to Turnitin / Copyleaks
The one step that uploads the whole document to somebody else. Read what it says before you press it.
Similarity service
Turnitin or Copyleaks, if this site has an account. Test it after adding keys — a service that is not answering looks exactly like a clean paper.
Search providers
Which keys are configured, and whether they actually answer. Worth pressing after you add a key — a dead key otherwise shows up as a suspiciously clean report on a real essay.
Recent checks
Yours, newest first. Deleting one removes its fingerprints too.
